There are no charges for additional add-on users as you go. However, your monthly commitment will automatically increase as your number of users exceeds limits for particular levels.
Concurrent users refers to the total number of users logged in at one time. Logins may be shared without incurring additional costs.
Start up practices – we understand getting started is a big commitment. To that end we provide a low start monthly fee for the first 6 months.
One off costs:
Data conversion, decoding and import from* $1500 ex GST. Includes, subject to data availability, This includes clients, suppliers, patients, medical history, invoices, purchase and inventory orders, reminders, proformas, external file links, client balances. If we are unable to convert any data, we will let you know.

Half-day training on-site $500 ex GST plus travel, costs Full day $950 ex GST plus travel costs.
Training via remote connection $100 ex GST / hour after initial on-boarding.
Training also available in our Melbourne offices and may be available at other sites at $250 ex GST/ attendee per day.
Boarding and ecommerce portals: $65 ex GST per month (included with Large and Multi-Practice contracts).
