PetBooqz IS LICENSED SOFTWARE
Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software and the copyright holder retains all rights.
By installing or by using Petbooqz you accept all the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this license, close the Petbooqz program and remove the Software from your computer’s memory.

1. License
The Petbooqz program, including any files, images incorporated in and data accompanying the program (“The Software”) are licensed to you by Cider House ICT Pty Ltd
(a) As a license holder you are encouraged to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. More than one person on that computer may use the Software.
(b) You may also make a copy of the Software to use on a portable or home computer that is primarily used by yourself.
(c) If you have licensed a site version of the Software, you are allowed to install the software on any computers owned by that organisation and/or used by current members of your organisation at work or home up to the number of licenced users purchased
(d) Third Party Software licensing is separate to that of CHS VET. The licence holder is responsible for ensuring that they have the correct number of licences for their installation. Cider House ICT Pty Ltd  accepts no responsibility for installation of the correct licencing for third party software associated with the running of Petbooqz

2. Distribution
No distribution outside that of the license holder is permitted.

3. License Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based on the Software unless specifically permitted by Cider House ICT Pty Ltd in a separate agreement in written form. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Licence holders are permitted to make simple layout changes these changes being entirely at the risk of the licence holder upon being given appropriate password access by Cider House ICT Pty Ltd. The licence holder accepts full responsibility for the maintenance of such layout changes.

4. Ownership
The foregoing license gives you limited rights to use the Software. Cider House ICT Pty Ltd does not hereby transfer title to the Software. Cider House ICT Pty Ltd retains full and complete title to the Software and any copies made by you, and all intellectual property rights therein.

5. Termination of licence
This license is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by removing the Software from the memory of the computer into which the Software has been transferred, and by destroying all materials obtained from Cider House ICT Pty Ltd and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Cider House ICT Pty Ltd if at our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from Cider House Pty Ltd and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

6. Disclaimer
You hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsible for selecting the Software and that the Software may not satisfy all of your requirements or be free from defects. The Software is sold to you and accepted by you as is.
THE SOFTWARE AND ANY MATERIALS, INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, CIDER HOUSE ICT Pty Ltd DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CIDER HOUSE ICT PTY LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Cider House ICT Pty Ltd be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Software (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like), even if Cider House ICT Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cider House ICT Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage resulting from third party virus, malware or spyware. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Cider House ICT Pty Ltd’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Software.

8. General
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by a director of Cider House ICT Pty Ltd.
